Electrical muscle stimulation is a therapeutic treatment that applies electrical stimulation in treating muscle spasms and pain. It can help prevent atrophy and build strength in patients with injuries. It is also helpful in keeping muscles active. This treatment is performed here in our office, and usually only takes a few minutes.
Ultrasound therapy is used to minimize muscle pain and movement dysfunction. Therapeutic ultrasound uses sound waves to deliver deep heat to the treated tissues. Ultrasound therapy may be used alone or in conjunction with stretching, therapeutic massage, heat, or gentle chiropractic manipulation. Ultrasound emits small sound waves at an extremely high frequency that is out of the range of human hearing.

Working with Dr. Fliss has be a highly satisfactory experience. Since my initial visit, the occasional discomfort is now gone, I now return every two weeks to maintain my progress. Additionally, the office staff is both welcoming and eager to accommodate you in any way possible. I will never hesitate to recommend Dr. Fliss to family and friends.

My family has had numerous issues with back pain and joint pain. My daughter has had numerous problems doing competitive cheering and Pequannock Chiropratic group has always been there when we need them. The staff is friendly and truly care about you as a patient and make sure you are comfortable and feeling better soon. They are like family and we are truly happy to have found such a great place!!! Few months ago I had injury(sprained ankle) it got better but the pain never really 100% go away even after 2 months. I see no improvement at all. then I decided to visited Dr.Ian to help me adjust my ankle and got to said kt was the right/great decision ever. after 3 sessions with him, the pain was gone. I dont need to go back anymore he was very kind, professional and provided information/knowledge about my injury. very helpful. I would definitely recommended Dr.Ian to my family, friends and anyone that I know.
