Scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction after I experienced some pain. The initial appointment was taken care of promptly and they saw me within a days notice! The upper wisdom tooth extraction was painless and quick the doctor explained everything in detail and I will continue to return for any of my dental work.

I came in today to get my wisdom teeth extracted. First off, I was extremely nervous (I was getting 3 teeth removed), but the Dentist and his assistant were very kind and reassuring. I wish I could remember their names but my experience from the beginning was great. The receptionist was welcoming and the procedure was almost pain-free; except for the numbing part. The procedure ended quickly and I felt that I was treated well. Thank you for your excellent and kind service!

To be fair, the doctor may be good, we don’t know. The administrative service is bad. First they missed to tell us that we would have to pay 500 dollars extra even when we communicated with them for a month. Secondly, they sent us to pick up a prescription from a pharmacy, but they forgot to order the prescription. It was very inconvenient for us.

I have been to a variety of dental places and the thought of going to the dentist gives me anxiety. But Oxnard dental group is a great place with great staff that supply a massaging chair which made me feel calm and ready for my treatment. A special thanks to the receptionist in the front were very helpful.
