Extremely responsive and professional. Went above and beyond when our water heater died. Sent someone right over who deinstalled old unit, drove it to Home Depot to exchange for new one with my husband, brought new unit back and installed. Wouldn’t dream of calling anyone else.

I had a kitchen sink drain clogged for three days by debris from the garbage disposer. Citrus Plumbing of Venice was recommended by a friend. Lisa called back right away and Brian arrived less than two hours later. He was pleasant and efficient, explaining to me what he was doing and why. He even improved my drain piping so it would be easier if there is another clog event! He was done in no time and cleaned up the mess. The invoice was less than I had feared it would be. I recommend this company to anyone who wants fast, professional and reasonably priced plumbing service.

I am so thankful for the team at Citrus Plumbing ... they came through for me a big way during a plumbing "crisis". I can't say enough about Jim who came out to repair the leak and replace our kitchen garbage disposal. When I wasn't able to get home to help my mom, he went above and beyond by calling to update me and let me know he had fixed and double checked everything. I am so thankful to have found a great plumber who genuinely cares! Thanks again Citrus Plumbing for your quick response, excellent work and for genuinely caring! 5 Stars ++++

BEST EMERGENCY SERVICE!!! ALAYNA came out after hours, and not only fixed the entire problem and triple checked that it was good to go, but she also allowed us to watch her while she did it with no reservations… and gave us answers as we had them along the way! We had so many great questions, like many homeowners, yet she still was just as informative.

I did business with citrus plumbing for my artesian well water system. I am French who speaks poorly English so a beautiful target. The priorities very few patients, I seem to annoy them by my water problems. The service is on the other hand very fast, a technician is there the same day very friendly on the other hand, nothing to do with the… others. Finally all this to say that the bill is very high for the hours of work charged $120.00 per hour for a repair that does not really work. I was really pressed like a lemon. I dare not even appeal to them to solve the problem of fear of a huge
