We hired a contractor to remodel our bathroom and he used Hershman for the plumbing work. Although the contractor was sub par, Hersman was great. They really knew their stuff when installing a complicated shower system. Even though the contractor ordered some incorrect parts, Hershman was able to adapt them and make them work. AJ, the owner, and Jim the installer, were both very helpful and responsive to any questions that we had.
