The Company was started by Michael Morrison as a sole proprietorship in 1981.
In 1992 the company incorporated and renamed the service division CPI Mechanical Contractors with Michael Morrison as the President. In August of 2002, we relocated to 1524 Commerce Avenue, Carlisle, just off of the Plainfield exit of I81. The new facility allowed us to expand our office and warehouse areas to better serve our customers needs.

Had a really unfortunate experience on Christmas eve with the on-call technician, Tony, who was very vocal about being "bothered" on the holiday despite being on call. Brushed us off and told us to call back Sunday or Monday (company is closed Sunday) presumably when he was no longer on call. Sparks flying from our furnace and was instructed "just turn it off if you're that worried about it but I'm telling you right now it's $200 MINIMUM if I have to come out there". Which the problem was not the price but the complete lack of regard and lack of compassion especially on the holidays when we have

We have enjoyed having Carlisle petroleum Inc. do all our plumbing and HVAC work for a large master bedroom addition with an en suite deluxe bath shower and total plumbing facilities. We’ve used Carlisle Petroleum twice now and each call has been great! Quick response time, friendly staff and technicians, and affordable prices. Thought I had a gas leak at my dryer, the technician came out and checked. No leaks, and he didnt charge us for the service call! We’ll always use CP in the future.

Our heat pump was showing signs of age so we had CPI come out for a review of our entire system, and since the prices seemed reasonable, we decided to replace our 30+ year old oil furnace at the same time. The crew showed up as scheduled with enough resources to finish both jobs in one day. We're very pleased with the efficiency of the crew and the product quality. Both units are much quieter and more energy efficient.

Nothing but problems, HVAC system never worked as it should have and I finally gave up after many attempts to get them to fix it. Paul was no help and as much as told me i didn't know what i was talking about. If you are considering giving your hard earned money to these guys don't do it keep looking.....
