Very responsive and prompt to answer my call for help during these dog days of summer. Fixed my A/C. Didnt try and upset on anything. Continued to check the entire system for other problems even after they found the culprit just to make sure all was good. Cant recommend them enough.

I called Corey late this afternoon for a water leak in the basement pipe.
Even though he was done for the day, he made time for me and arrived at my house fifteen minutes later. He was a joy to talk to and had me fixed up in no time. Not many plumbers would go out of their way like this. I will definitely use him in the future, and highly recommend that you do also.

I thought Corey was so great at first, but when I called him a third time, he interrupted me and talked very snotty to me. I am a 60- year- old woman. I wonder how he would feel about someone speaking to his mother the way he did to me. Apparently, my husband, who controls the purse strings and insists on paying the bills, had been late paying. (I’m talking about relatively small amounts of money). I did my best and had NO IDEA there was a problem, or why would I have been calling for more work to be done? He had every right to say he wouldn’t work here anymore, but he could have and SHOULD
