I’ve been a patient here for years and I have loved it. That changed today though! They are definitely not understanding when it comes to having to cancel an appointment!! I spoke with Dawn this morning and I had to cancel my appointment this because my son has a fever and they want to charge me $75 to cancel. I told her absolutely not, because it is out of my control. She tries to reschedule me and I told I’m not paying the fee, and she tries to reschedule me without getting my question answered first. Then hangs up the phone on me so I called her back to make sure she has my information.
