Services
We've been running this class for 13 years and it gets better every single time! You will fall in love with our signature series as soon as you enter the candlelit studio. You will experience an enlightening and empowering meditation, followed by our famous warm-up and workout. You will learn to fly around the pole as we teach you two pole "tricks" and several other sexy moves, then put it all together in a mini-routine!
These are our flagship pole fitness classes. We have been teaching these pole level classes for 14 years and they get better each time! In each level, 20 or more pole tricks are taught along with transitional moves, floorwork and an optional routine. You won't just learn to practice pole, you will learn to dance!
Wear comfy clothes for our tough workout, then when it's time to bump, grind and shimmy, we dress the part! Bring in anything that makes you feel vintage sexy. We recommend low comfortable heels. Jazz character shoes or ballroom shoes are the best. Burlesque is a student favorite at Tease. Each session we will explore a different era or style of burlesque with the routines we learn and the fun props we use.
Prepare to fly! Called aerial "silks" or "tissue", long lengths of fabric hang from a single point in the ceiling. You will be introduced to arm and leg holds and even climbing! You've seen it in Cirque and watched the artist "Pink" perform it on tv.now try it for yourself! This graceful art is challenging and dramatic.
Bachelorette parties, Birthday parties, or just for fun.our group private events are sure to make the night one to remember! You may choose to learn how to pole dance, or learn a fun and sassy chair routine! We provide the poles, the instructor, and a whole lot of fun! Classes run 90 minutes with time for fun photos!

I've been doing aerial at Tease for about 2.5 years now and I love it. Ashley is a very fun instructor and makes sure we're safe when learning and reviewing tricks. I just wish I had more time to take more classes! Highly recommended, try a drop in class, but be prepared to become addicted and sign up for an 8 week session (that's what happened to me and I'm not sorry about it!)

I took a teaser pole class here in their other location, a lyra class pre-pandemic, and am now taking burlesque. I've usually taken burlesque classes in the city; they are much more expensive here, but most of the city burlesque studios have closed, so it's good to have the option.
The stretches for the pole class (ballet-based) were excellent, and while pole wasn't for me, it was a good class. I highly recommend their taster class special. Lyra was a bit unstructured for me, but it was their very first session so that may have changed. The other lyra studio I've attended

Did an intro class with Olivia, it was really great! She had great energy, explained things well and by the end I was fairly confident in what we had learned. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was and Olivia made us all feel very capable with the moves. Lots of fun, great space and they offer a lot of stuff! Will be going back

Love Tease, They have taught me everything I know about dancing & pole. However, I feel like I could of learned more with 7 courses and all the money I paid. I also wish I had been addressed correctly when trying to make up classes. Of course, I was forsure jipped out of money & classes due to covid and I didnt think that was really fair due to the current pandemic. I started going to tease in 2012 back when it was ran by the owner Kristen. Fast forward 2019 no Kristen only Lindsey, 2020 COVID19 hit all downhill from there. My cousins and I took a pole dance intro class and we had a wonderful time! Our instructor Ashley did a great job teaching the class! She was very patient, kind, and helpful! The location is beautiful inside and the staff was very friendly and helpful! This location has yoga mats and you can bring your own mats as well. I highly recommend trying an intro to class. Afterwards Ashley preformed for the class and did a awesome job! I got my deal from Groupon!;-)

I had such a great experience trying out the intro classes that were available. I was able to try three intro classes for $50 which is a really good deal! I tried intro to pole fitness, intro to aerial silks, and intro aerial yoga. Each one was unique in its on way and made my decision of which one I wanted to do so hard. The atmosphere in the studio is very welcoming and its decorated so cute. My instructor for my pole class Jessica was very nice and made me feel very comfortable for my first time. It is a little on the pricey side, but if you are looking for a pole dancing studio, I highly recommend this one! It's a great community of girls. So many amazing things to say about this place. Kristin, the owner, is so kind and really cares about her business. She provides women a place to feel comfortable, gain strength, confidence, self-esteem and get their sexy back! The interior feels like a modern/fancy living room, with super clean bathrooms, too. The playlists are awesome, beautiful lighting in the rooms. Everyone can be themselves and just let loose for awhile. At least give it a try! You won't be disappointed and you'll leave feeling like the beautiful person you are. :)

I started going to Tease in February 2015 to expand my aerial training to include silks. I love that there is a studio in the area that offers silks because classes in the suburbs are hard to find. Recently the silks classes were taken over by Rachel, and she is a fabulous instructor! She is talented in silks and does a great job breaking down moves and accommodating the multiple levels of students in the class.
