Mr. Bonnstetter was helping me with my claims. He was always very responsive, informative and professional. Never once did I feel that I was just another customer/client. I went to 3 different VSOs and was not getting anywhere with my claim. In fact one of my ratings was going to be decreased by 30% because I tied it to another service connected disability and "my condition got better". That is when I knew I had to do something fast. As a Veteran, this was absolutely the right firm for me. I don't know a whole lot about the law, but I know what warriors look like and this firm gets it and was ready to crush enemies when I needed them. Staff is great, office is nice and was pretty easy to find (although the fact that there are two towers is confusing- it was the one with the Starbucks). They made the process a lot less confusing and I felt like I could relax a bit and let lawyers take over the legal process. Parking was a bit hard but there is a garage nearby. This guy told my husband he would represent him in a case for a 2,500.00 retainer...so we gave him 1,000.00 down and set up a payment plan.Now that charges have been filed against my husband now he wont represent him he wants 25,000.00 now what a legal crook ...so basically he took 1,000.00 from us and wont even show up to his bond hearing...

Somewhat of a gamble. I was informed that they can and will be able to handle even out of state cases but do not feel comfortable being a country away in case of a (In court) hearing, i want someone there with me so i let them go. While i was a client i did learn about a few other aves to look into that i wasn't aware of so all in all it was a plus. Just wish they were closer? (like here in Florida). Where to Begin? Well lets give credit where credit is due...THE BERRY LAW FIRM.... Disability from 10% to 90%! Let me explain! I got out of the military in April 1998. I had half of a lung removed, constant migraines, PTSD, and other issues. When I got out, I applied for disability benefits with the help of a local veterans group, with very little success. The V.A. only awarded me a miserable 10% rating of $103.00 a month, apparently that's the value that the V.A. places on 1/2 a lung.
