Services
The Coconut Grove facility is a multi-disciplinary health clinic with physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, physiological testing, personal and sports training. We have combined the newest technology and treatment techniques to give every patient the most comprehensive treatment leading to a safe and healthy outcome.
The Downtown clinic is a unique multidisciplinary clinic with physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and physiological testing. This clinic is located in the newly renovated, 30,000 square foot fitness center, known as "Miami Athletic Club (MAC) by the Y", and is located in the property's Annex Building, 15th floor - Suite 15A.
Our highly skilled therapists have extensive experience including, but not limited to: orthopedics, manual therapy, sports physical therapy, and neuro-rehab. We work one-on-one with each of our patients to establish a treatment program that addresses their individual goals and needs.
Using a multifaceted approach involving therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, modalities, patient education, and home exercise programs, we ensure our patients are given the opportunity to return to the highest level of function possible.We communicate with other healthcare providers, including referring physicians, chiropractors, pain management doctors, and sports performance coaches, to provide comprehensive care and optimize results.

Although the athlete may have regained full strength and range of motion after the injury, neuromuscular deficits may still exist, preventing the athlete from performing high level speed, power and agility tasks. At the conclusion of physical therapy, it is critical for the athlete to safely return to sport under the supervision of a licensed care provider.
Manual physical therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy delivered with the hands as opposed to a device or machine, it is the key to a successful physical therapy treatment. We focus on the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain associated with a variety of conditions.
Our hands-on approach utilizes techniques such as spinal mobilization, joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, active release and muscle energy techniques.

Recently, I have been experiencing this on and off pain with my hip that comes from running. My doctor suggested physical therapy so I made a call to Jaguar Therapeutics. My mom used to go here, and they also came highly recommended by some of my friends who are pretty sporty.

Great experience and great facility !! If you wonder of a place with positive energy that makes you not feel in a rehab center, this is the place. I been recovering for several injuries, dry needling and the improvements for a sports addict like myself are been impressive.

When I started coming to Jaguar for my therapy I was really skeptical, I was totally out of faith in this small toys, massages and funny exercises.
Now after a month coming is like a BIG miracle,
Not only my problem almost disappears all my body and self confidence came bag.
I am a very active 74 years old person and I feel that I am recuperating all my body and health.
The whole crew of Jaguar is great and very professional and Justin in particular has been very, very special and professional.
Thank you to the whole staff of JAGUAR for how good I am feeling and I think I can avoid my surgery

The Grove location is beautiful and spotless and constantly being sanitized so everyone feels safe. Justin, Chris and the whole team are friendly and caring and very effective. They have a wide variety of equipment and different types of treatment available.
It is also easy to schedule an appointment because they have ample operating hours.
They have helped me through 3 injuries and I feel great!

I've been going to Jaguar Theraputics in Delray for the last 8 weeks for PT on my recovering broken ankle after surgery. Dr. Joe Sobucki was my PT physician and from the first visit he was super friendly, great personality, very knowledgable of the recovery process, and had me doing activities earlier than I'd expected. Every visit he had me doing different activities to work all areas of my ankle and each week I saw improvement which gave me a boost of confidence in getting back to 100%. This place is honestly amazing. I have only had 3 sessions so can't even say what the outcome of my therapy will be, but so far I love it. I went for a couple of sessions to a different Physical therapist and there is no way to even compare them. I am paying for my sessions out of pocket so naturally I am even more critical of the service I am receiving, especially because I am so eager to go back to working out. BTW- the location I have visited so far is the downtown one and have been treated by Megan and Justin.

I cannot even rate this place due to the lack of coordination with appointments. I was schedule for my first appointment at 8:30am on a Saturday. Upon arrival I was told they could not take care of me because they did not have the staff to do evaluations on Saturdays.
Why was I scheduled on a Saturday? There was a light apology, however it sounded like I was to be blamed because I had cancelled my original appointment and they assumed this was just a follow-up. Not acceptable and will not come back to this place ever. The building is under construction and there is a a lot of very loud hammering

It can be crippling (no pun intended) to find a new doctor. I had never been to a chiropractor before but, as a rather active chick, did not want some unknown lower back pain go untreated for long, so started my search.

Professional and highly qualified team of Therapists and Assistant Therapists! If it wasn't for this wonderful team, I'd probably still be walking on crutches! They have a permanent team of Therapists as well as visiting therapists who are weeks away from graduating. I just get really sad to see them go once their internship is done!! I had gone to this place for my severe neck pain, back pain and Achilles tendinitis.
I did get about 70 percent relief in three sessions. The first two sessions doctor had spent good time. In the third session I felt he did not spend as much time as he should or could have and that's when I felt that it's a lil expensive for what I paid against the time spent.
Having said that I still trust these people for the right treatment.

I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis on and off for 4 years due to many years as an endurance athlete. It got so bad this year I couldn't run for nearly 8 months. I could not take the pain anymore so after countless recommendations from co workers and friends who saw me suffer, I decided to visit Jaguar. After just 1 month of therapy with Chris, Justin and their staff, I'm finally back on my feet and running again! I highly recommend Jaguar therapeutics to anyone with a running related injury. Best PT facility in Miami. I came here referred by a triathlete friend and I have been feeling better and better from my ankle and knee problems. This place has very sophisticated equipment, it is always spotless clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it. They also provide personal training, VO2 max testing and a variety of services.

This place is absolutely excellent in every way. I could not recommend it more highly. I broke my ankle a few months ago -- an incredibly inconvenient mishap -- and after having a cast to above my kneed or six weeks physical therapy was indicated and recommended.
Fortunately, I was referred to Jaguar by someone connected with the sailing community with which it is well connected. It has been an extraordinarily excellent experience. The interior space is lovely and inviting, even though I hate gyms, and the equipment is excellent and seemingly quite new. There is a full range of what I imagine

Great one stop facility for everything strength, PT and chiropractic care. I often go to enjoy their Alter-G Treadmill when I need to get a good run in, but feel a little beat up. Tyler Farewell has worked with many of my trainees in strength and is a real pro. The whole team is top notch. Check it out!
