Fox Physical Therapy South is located inside Miami Performance Sports Insitute, a premier sports training facility encompassing physical therapy, chiropractic, reflexology, and personal training. At, Fox Physical Therapy we can provide you with professional and personalized rehabilitation through our state-of-the-art equipment and individualized therapy programs.

I am going to be brutally honest and admit that I am an extremely challenging patient to have. I have a post graduate degree in Exercise Physiology and unfortunately have had several surgeries on my shoulder in the past so I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to where I'll go for Physical Therapy and who I want to work with. With that being said, I've had a dozen Physical Therapists in Miami over the past couple years and I am so happy (and grateful) that I found Jessica Day, with Fox Physical Therapy.
She is super knowledgeable, nice, caring, and attentive. Most importantly, she was very patient

Brett has been great in working with me through an adductor injury and has helped me heal and become a stronger runner since I first visited Fox PT last month. 5/5. Best physio therapy in Miami!! The team are so professional and knowledgeable, and know how to push the exact amount to drive results. After wrist surgery I was in a lot of pain, but Max and the team were excellent, genuinely caring and determined for my recovery. I would recommend FOX to all my friends in Miami.

Simply amazing concierge-level care and treatment at Fox Physical Therapy. Dr. Fox’s assessment of my condition was spot-on and he curated a treatment plan using the perfect combination of exercises I could do at home and advanced modalities that helped to get me back on my bike. Having his office adjacent to a gym and other, related, health care providers creates the perfect supportive environment for healing. There really is nowhere comparable for physical therapy.

I have had 2 opportunities to use Dr. FOX. My shoulder, first, within a few sessions was back to normal. The big difference was the dry needling.
A short time later, I had a lower back injury that incapacitated my left leg. A combination of dry needling and specific exercises rehabilitated my back and leg in a few visits. I continue to experience improvement and strengthening.
I strongly recommend Fox Physical Therapy.

I highly recommend Fox Physical Therapy! Knowledge, professionalism, positive attitude and dedication describes each experience I’ve had.
This is my second ACL reconstruction surgery and the results I’ve had from therapy and treatment here at Fox, has been a tremendous success. In comparison, the strength gained and the progress greatly surpasses that of my previous treatment on my first surgery(therapy elsewhere).
