The most accurate way to find homes for sale in Utah and Southern Idaho is to search the MLS that Realtors use to list their properties. Cornerstone Real Estate has directly linked our site to the MLS which means as soon as a home is listed, you have access to it. Had the best experience with Isaac as our realtor, he took the time to show us many homes that we were interested in and on our schedule. Always kept us updated on listed homes and helped us through the process. He found us our amazing home that we love.

Do not recommend this service.
I did not feel as though they were working for me. The agent had made a few mistakes that felt like it was an act of carelessness. Six months of my time was waisted. However, the communication was to be expected.
I do not recommend them if you are looking to buy a home.

I recently sold my home working with Carrie from Cornerstone Realty Group. Selling seemed stressful, however we experienced a well maintained experience as she was always responsive, professional, and determined to help us at a moments call.

Spoke with “Dave Dave” an “agent” in Logan and was spoken to very poorly.. I hate giving bad reviews but he was very rude and demeaning. He said he doesn’t submit offers that don’t meet HIS criteria to his clients.. very illegal.. and wouldn’t even let me speak after trying to stay professional through it all. I did not come into the conversation hostile in fact I was very warm and he immediately was against what I had to say because I was an investor. When I confronted him for saying he wasn’t going to submit our offer he said “oh I’ll give (seller) the offer but she listens

So happy that we used Cornerstone Real Estate services and the fact that they offered a moving trailer was a lifesaver! Other rental companies were not flexible or available for our move and having access to the Cornerstone trailer made for a smooth move!
