We'll conduct a thorough evaluation of your property's rental potential, comparing similar properties and analyzing current rental market trends. We also assess each property's condition and offer recommendations for needed repairs and updates to maximize your property's value.
Be sure to follow all the terms of the lease. Move out notices etc. If you can give your landlord heads up even 2 to 3 month's in advance that would help them a lot. Most landlords rather not have you leave. In most cases they won't allow you to break your lease or even sell your contract, that's understandable and you'll need to respect that.

Biggest joke of landlords. We got non-renewed with only 30 days notice. No explanation as to why. We were perfect tenants; always payed on time, we were clean and never called for maintenance. Then after we moved out, we got charged $175 for damage to the tub that wasn’t even there and we have pictures to prove it. They claimed to use “Larsen Tub Chip & Resurfacing Company.” When you check the address of that company, the owners of the property are the Thompsons. Do not rent any of their apartments!

This was our (my husband and me) third time eating there. The first time it was delicious (we ate at blue square) but the last two times we've left feeling sick. Lots of grease and lots of sauce just doesn't do it for us anymore. My husband and I must be getting old, but we just can't stomach it. The fries are great though!

We loved living in an apartment managed by Thompson Management. When we moved in, the townhome was immaculate! We had great neighbors. When we had issues with our AC, Thompson Management addressed the problem quickly. We appreciated that during the 3 years we lived there, our rent was never raised. We would highly recommend Thompson Management.

We absolutely love living here! The apartments are great, the neighbors are so nice, and our landlords really try to be a part of things and make sure we are all well taken care of. Thompson Management has been pretty good for the most part, but the communication could be improved. Only being able to text can be frustrating at times, but they usually come through when you really need it.

We’ve been super happy with Thompson Management. When our fridge leaked, Scott was quick to get a repairman over to fix it. He also saved us when we locked ourselves out at no charge. We love all of our neighbors and appreciate the high expectations Thompson Management sets for their tenants so that we can all feel safe in this community.

We rented through Thompson Management for 4 years at the same location. Any time we had a problem with our property due to wear and tear or needed snow removal, they were great to work with. Scott was super friendly and very understanding when we needed to talk about things that needed to be fixed or even when we moved. He is upfront about his expectations at the properties he manages and he has a professional manner that helps renters know that they are going to get what he promises.

Unfortunately OUR DEPOSIT WAS ALSO NEVER REFUNDED. We paid rent on time, provided 30 days written notice when we moved out, and left the apartment very clean. After moving out it became impossible to contact anyone at Thompson Management despite the move out letter, and several emails and phone calls. They obviously do this to everyone renting from them and realize no one will do anything about it.
If you are going to rent from Thompson Management I would strongly advise you do not pay your last month of rent (ask for the security deposit to be subtracted and then bill the remainder to you). Or
