I had a technician come out to my house to "fix" my fireplace smell. After paying $600, the smell is still there. The company said they stand by their work and if the problem still existed to call them and they would come out again. Well the problem still exists and they won't answer their phone or text messages. They cashed my check and the problem was not fixed. This company isn't what they seem. I would run for the hills and not recommend them.

I decided to give a company that only had one good review, a chance...nope. Never again. I asked how much it would cost to clean 12 ducts and a HVAC coil and they told me $159 for the ducts and depending on the coil it'd range from $200-$400. They came and cleaned one vent, told me since I had ceiling vents that they didn't need to be cleaned and couldn't clean the coil of the HVAC because he couldn't reach it. Cost me $280. I'm sorry what cost me $280?? One vent that was cleaned? I reached out to the owner...no response as to why.

Had Pure Breeze perform chimney sweep. Their price was lowest among numerous estimates I received. Their technician Naor came out and did a fantastic job both cleaning and repairing a crack inside our wood stove insert. Highly recommend. They are friendly, professional, efficient, and lower cost than any competitor in the area.
