Our service tech, Chris, arrived a few minutes early to the scheduled time, was super polite, did an excellent job on the cleanup, even added in an additional area not previously requested for a small additional fee and provided great instruction on dry time prior to us repositioning our furniture. We are scheduled for reusing these guys later in week for some additional carpet repair services and now have no reservations with knowing that this company is top notch! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for home cleanup services.

This is my second year using Spectrum Cleaning for cleaning my carpet throughout my home. Estimate was similar to other quotes I received and the young lady on the phone was very helpful each time I called with questions. That’s one of the reasons I went with Spectrum. I was looking for a truck mounted system with long hoses to reach into our apartment building. The technician worked quickly and did a wonderful job being careful to get up as much water as possible so the carpet would not be too wet. Great job! Will definitely use again!
