Brought my BMW in for a tune up 3 Months (June 2020) ago.... finally picked it up this month (August 28, 2020). Very disappointed in how long it took. I’m not even sure if the tune up was done correctly, but it’s not running very well. The acceleration is taking longer then usual. Never received an apology for the long wait. Was told there was only one mechanic. Was charged over $400.00 for a “tune up”. The bolts was left off my cars dash panel also.
I wish I would have read the newer reviews. But I guess I learned the hard way. I will not bring my vehicle here again! And I do NOT recommend

Do not go to Top Notch in Hartwell. They stripped out the bolt in one of the coil packs in the truck and have had our Mercedes sitting for 2 months without even pulling it into the shop for diagnostics. Everytime either I or my husband called, they would constantly make excuses as to why they couldn't work on the car or fix their mechanics mistakes in the truck. When we finally gave up on them and decided to come get our car, the battery was dead and they had a million and one excuses as to why they couldn't simply put a battery charger on it and I'm over it. So here we are in our truck that skipping
