Called to see if they had an appointment to put on my tires. The lady said be here by 4! So I hauled butt to be there and waited a crazy amount of time just to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. The 4 guys in the bay were constantly horse playing and cursing while in the bay. They were NOT professional at all and when I ask a lady at the front desk to ask them to stop playing that I had places to go, the workers made sly remarks and kept laughing and goofing off!! Then to top it off they left my truck in the bay and didnt come let me know they were done!! Pathetic!! I will not be back!!!

On a long drive to visit family, we ended up getting a flat tire in the pouring rain. We were fortunate to find Black's Tire not too far from where we were. They took our car in right away and let my toddler and I get out through the shop (my son thought that was pretty cool). Everyone was super friendly and the price was very reasonable. They were done within 5 minutes and we were able to get on our way.
