Ashley is one of our patient care coordinators, making sure that your schedule and ours overlap as ideally as possible. She also works to manage our marketing efforts and online presence. Alyssa is the smiling face you are likely to see when you first walk in the door. As one of our patient care coordinators she ensures easy scheduling, helpful answers, and a happy environment in the office.
Dental emergencies happen. During normal business hours our team will do everything we can to wiggle you into our schedule. Unfortunately, emergencies are not limited to business hours. If you are a patient of the practice and experience an after hours emergency, please call the office for instructions to leave a message for the doctor on call.
Technology has changed almost every aspect of our day-to-day lives, and the field of dentistry is no different. Our office strives to be on the progressive edge of dental technology to make your smile better and your visit easier. Our office uses entirely digital radiography (x-rays) for less radiation and instant processing.
Our office works every week with local surgical teams to replace missing teeth with dental implants. Dental implants are quickly becoming the replacement option of choice for missing teeth, whether one or many. While they take more time and often, more initial expense, dental implants offer some distinct advantages over traditional bridges and dentures.
While you are welcome to come and spend the day with us, we understand that you probably have more exciting things to do. Below you can find some information to help you be prepared for your visit, spend as little time on paperwork as possible, as well as make sure that you can find our office. Very friendly staff. Dr. Andy did a great job as well as his assistant. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I normally dread going to the dentist but Dr. Andy made it a good experience and I feel more comfortable going to the dentist now. I also liked that they have up to date technology and have a screen right next to the chair to show you images of your teeth.

These guys have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable if I ever have a question I feel very comfortable calling and asking without feeling stupid.I would highly recommend this facility. Dr.kerr is who I see regularly and I HIGHLY recommend her though Dr.Stevenson has done an emergency root canal on a Saturday for me and he is also AWESOME nice clean fun atmosphere!!!!!

If you are looking for a new dental office, Grand Dental is a team of very friendly and caring players. Staff from front desk, dental hygienist, dental assistants, and dentists all professional and you get an overall sense they all care about doing what is best for the patient. They were very accommodating when I had to cancel and reschedule a follow up filling appointment, this after they had squeezed me into the schedule a week earlier than expected. Prompt and professional; no waiting for 20 minutes by yourself staring at a wall. Love the landscape photography artwork on the walls, so distinctively

The office manager at Grand Dental is a real piece of work. My wife had a cleaning there (or so she was told) but the office manager refused to provide the needed documentation showing she had a cleaning for insurance purposes. The office manager indicated that the it would be insurance fraud for them to provide that information. Insurance fraud? If a service that was requested was indeed performed, how can that be considered insurance fraud?
Actually I believe it is fraud to perform a service other than what was requested by the patient when the appointment was made. At no time was my wife told
