We are open! Even when the MJCC is closed, we have remained open. Please see below for our policies and procedures we use to keep everyone safe. All staff and guests must wear a mask when in the building. If you do not have a mask, disposable ones are available. Plexiglass has been installed around the check in desk.
All staff and guests must expect to have temperatures taken and screening questions asked upon entering building. All equipment is thoroughly sanitized between patients. At this time, we are encouraging patients to not bring guests into the treatment room. If it is absolutely necessary, we can make exceptions.

Services
Move Strong Physical Therapy is a local, independently, woman-owned clinic. We are a small, therapist directed group whose focus is to deliver high quality care by highly trained physical therapists. Started in 2017 by Ariel Salzman, Move Strong was opened with the goal to create a clinic that treats patients like we would want to be treated.
Whether an injury occurred at work, home, during a motor vehicle accident or in a sports setting, physical therapy can help. A physical therapist is qualified to perform a physical examination to determine the cause of your pain and limitation. Based on what is found on your examination, your therapist will tailor a treatment plan unique to you and your situation, and will give you activities to perform at home to prevent the reoccurrence.

I have walked into Ariel's office with back pain and walked out in no pain. I have had a chronic back problem for over 20 years and Ariel has changed my life! I am able to do so many things now without fear of pain and if I do get pain, she has taught me the exercises to do to relieve the pain and get back on track. I recently became a grandma and she taught me how to safely lift and carry my grandson. That's priceless! I have exercise routines she taught me that are manageable and target my weaknesses. At age 62, I feel I am the strongest I have been in a very long time. In addition to her professionalism
