The service tech was a joke. To start with, they were a day late on the repair. Then we he does decides to show up (30 minutes late again) he says it will be around 500 to clean the ducts and fill the refrigerant. I was fine with that. He then tries to sell me this service package. I said no and then my bill goes all of sudden goes from 500 to 1700. I would never do business with this company. Only looking to upsell you.

The cost of services are comparable to other big businesses but TMC is local. TMC is apart of the community and that makes their work personal not just business!
