Donelson HVAC quoted me $495 to find the leak in my system, and said it would be another $1-2000 to repair the leak, and tried to upsell me on some over-inflated replacement and service plan instead. My unit is only 6 years old and they wanted to replace it. They spent all of about 3 minutes… actually looking at the system.
The gentleman at Paschall’s were informative and helpful, able to find the leak in about 5 minutes, and the whole repair is costing me less than $1000. No one likes to pay for expensive home repairs, but

Within three days they were able to come out, determine the problem, give us options, and then replace the AC unit. They were all super helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind- from telephone calls to the office to the gentleman who assessed the situation, and those who did the install. This is the second time we have used them and I would highly recommend them. Hard to find good companies to trust. Thanks for your work!
