I've lived here at The Redstone for 2yrs now it's at a perfect location, quite & easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. This place is great, very clean since the beginning, (Joe) maintenance and property managers available at all times whenever I had a question. Totally recommend Q4 properties.

Probably one of the best rentals I’ve had! My application process was great last summer, even with going through a pandemic. Also this winter I never had to worry about dealing snow. They were there shoveling/plowing at the perfect time for me to get to work! Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t ever want to rent through any other company but Q4! Everyone on the team including property managers and maintenance are always professional and handle matters in a timely manner. Properties are always clean and secure so you feel safe in your home. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve used Q4 my entire time living in Cedar Rapids and have only ever received great service. The people are responsive and helpful. Any mechanical issues I’ve experienced have been handled quickly and professionally. They do a particularly good job handling snow clean up. It looks beautiful every time. Highly recommend using them and renting from them if you are new to the area!!

After the Derecho hit our home, my family was left without a place to live. I reached out to Q4 Real Estate for help and they were able to get my family in to a rental unit at Buffalo Ridge. We were so grateful to have a place to move in to so fast and were pleasantly surprised at how exceptional the unit was! Plenty of room for my family of 5 with space to spread out and an attached 2 car garage. They have flexible leases which include short term and month to month and a payment portal to make our rent payment online. So until we can get back in to our home, I’m so appreciative to Q4 Real Estate
