I have been speaking with Mike in regards to purchasing a condo/townhome. He is super nice and very knowledgeable.Although I have currently put my search on hold due to Covid-19, Mike has been extremely helpful in keeping me updated on what's on the market. He checks in from time to time to see if my status has changed and just to see if there is anything he can do to help. Super AWESOME guy!

I was referred to this form. I contacted Tami but no follow up from her. I contacted Terri, she didn't return my email either. According to their website, they are co-owners.

I was buying a home through Extra Mile Real Estate of Keller Williams. They directed my to a co-located mortgage company. Dell Seiter sent me to Summer for my loan. Summer is not knowledgeable and cost me alot of money!! Dell Seiter, her boss tried to intervene. He was very pompous and arrogant to me - I am the customer!! I found out Terri Seiter (his wife) owns Extra Mile and one of her agents sent me to Dell Seiter for my mortgage. They gave me no other choices for a loan. There must be something illegal about this.
