If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
Reply to owner: Yes you made it very clear you're willing to discuss the matter when you hung up on me after I pointed out that the "very dirty filter" I was charged for wasn't even the same size as the one in the duplex I rented and also refused to let me go see the filter grate size to confirm it wasn't mine.

We had a great experience working with Carolyn as we were searching for a house to buy. She is knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. She was extremely helpful in discussing the strengths and weaknesses of different properties. We were particularly impressed at her knowledge of potential concerns with structural damage/electricity/plumbing/etc. We were also impressed with how much care she has taken even post-closing to resolve any lingering problems. She was an excellent advisor throughout the entire process and we always felt she had our best interests in mind.

Carolyn has been managing our duplexes now for approx. three years now. We have had an excellent experience! Carolyn makes herself available to both out residents and to us. Although being out in the country was awesome for our little family ultimately the upkeep of the road leading to the house, our driveway and our house became a nightmare. Over the several years we lived there the road leading into the house continuously got so bad that it did thousands of dollars worth of damage to our vehicle. When we first were looking at the house we were promised that the road was always being looked after and smoothed out but within three months this was obviously not the case and for the rest of the three years it just steadily got worse! My family has rented a duplex in Bryan from Texas Crosswinds for the past two years and it was the best rental experience I've had in 16 years of renting duplexes and apartments in four states.
It was always easy to get service done if needed and the property was always well maintained. The only reason we're leaving is we're moving out of the area, but I highly recommend working with Carolyn Pinson!

My new rental company may not be perfect, but Texas Crosswinds sets the bar incredibly low with regard to service. Would not have signed with them had I met with them, but a former roommate set up the lease while I was abroad. I was with them for 2 years, and a few months in they got rid of their office and went to a "mobile business" which was supposed to be more convenient ( but really, "let's operate from a PO Box and our cell phones so we have to do literally NOTHING"). Extremely disappointed in this company. First, they were slow getting back to me. Once I scheduled a showing on a house and showed up to the location nobody was there. That's not too surprising as realtors tend to be late in the College Station housing market (I've learned through 6 years of experience in house hunting) I called after waiting about 15 minutes, my call was answered by Carolyn who was irritated I called and acted like I was an idiot... Never once apologized that I had drove out of my way to see the house. Then proceeded to argue with me that she had called twice to cancel
