Make sure you ask for roots during your consult. It's not included by default when getting highlights and lowlights and if we had ignored it, the result would have been awful. My color came out OK and as expected, just not as dramatic as I wanted. The price I paid (about $250 total for lowlights and all over toning) means I can't go more than once every few years, at most. I wish it were more budget friendly; that's a car payment. Still, it did come out nice, so I'm grateful for that. Check their Instagram for photos.

Monarch Hair Studios is a wonderful place. Whether you need a eye brow waxing, hair coloring, haircut or styling I trust and like all the stylist there. After trying many places to get a hair coloring that is to my liking the only place is Monarch. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very reasonable priced.
