Updated review: I was never a client, and they came moderately recommended. For me, they were highly unresponsive. This could have be due to the tax season, for that I will raise my review by 1 rating.
This review has nothing to do with their service as I did not get that far. I will say they were very friendly and helpful when there was communication. This company may be a perfect fit for anyone, however, I still would not recommend solely on the lack of communication I received.
