Life Healthcare Services is dedicated and devoted every day to meeting the "Standard of Excellence" to enhance the quality of life of our hospice patients by providing the finest services that accommodate the individual needs of each patient in hope of restoring their dignity. In doing so, we strive to maintain a caring and compassionate relationship sensitive to the population we serve and their families through the end-of-life process.
This program was mandated by Congress through the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003 (MMA). The Competitive Bidding Program requires providers and suppliers of certain durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies (DMEPOS) to submit bids for their products.
Gone are the days of being on hold for customer services representative, instructions lost in translation and busy faxes to place your DME orders. Our technology allows you to be more efficient and take control of you DME order at your convenience. We understand the sense of urgency and the complexities involved with hospice care.
We understand the urgency of hospice DME delivery, therefore all of our vehicles feature a Global Positioning System (GPS) to ensure that our deliveries reach their destination in the most efficient and timely manner. Our trucks are like a "Mobile Warehouse" as they maintain an equipment back stock inventory ready for same-day STAT deliveries.

I used to work here like 5 yrs back and let me tell you, this place is horrible. First off, they only train you for like 3 days and expect you to know everything and be a pro at doing the orders with just 3 days of training, pathetic. The owners walk around and are arrogant and snotty. The work area is super small, youre all piled up in there with like 5 other people doing orders. Nobody really helps you when you do have an issue with a medical order. They hire and fire people like nothing, its like a revolving door. This company goes above & beyond of what is expected!! My grandmother was admitted into hospice & as if this isn't hard enough, this company from the customer service girls to drivers who delivered and instructed on use of all items were very kind, courteous & helpful. All equipment was clean & working properly, & delivered quickly. I would recommend this company to any family and/or friend in need of medical equipment.

No-one available to help nor receive anybody coming in to apply or just for general information.Lobby entrance without anyone to greet you just a small note on a glass door that reads knock here and someone will be with you .Well 15 minutes after knocking twice I decided to leave don't think they cared nor noticed.I just wondered if they run business the same way they greet or receive people .I truly feel for their clients/customers.
