My Daughter KK and I absolutely love Riverside. I am an ER Nurse so I can appreciate the need for waiting.
It is so worth it when our furbabies get seen. The staff is absolutely wonderful and VERY knowledgeable! We have had Faith more than any of the others and she is just the most loving, caring tech! She is so sweet and we LOVE her! The blonde tech (I always get her name wrong lol) is absolutely wonderful also! Very caring and they always take time to do thier job right! They love on our Golden Retrievers Lucy, Lillie, Tex, Marley and Golden Doodle Maggie, as if they were theirs!!! They have

Honest, caring, friendly and affordable prices. They don't overcharge and just truly nice people that love animals. I've had to go there twice in the last month...be prepared to wait...they don't take appointments, but it's worth it. You definitely get more than you pay for, which it isn't about money when it comes to my fur babies, it's about getting them the right care and they do just that.

After waiting two hours to bee seen, we were literally told "you're on the board, but other people's pets are more important so you'll have to wait longer." It was the first time I had asked a question over my two hour wait. I needed medicine for my dog, but I guess that's not important enough. The girl with the long dark brown hair behind the counter was extremely unprofessional, I will be finding a new vet.

I love Dr. Cleve and his entire staff. I do not care how long I might have to wait because I know when Dr. Cleve sees me and my "baby"; we are treated as if we are the only patient he has. He takes his time and listens to all of my concerns and then he gives me his best medical advice and opinion which I appreciate.
His staff genuinely cares about my dog and treat him with so much love and compassion.
I have used Riverside Veterinary Clinic for at least 20 years and would never consider going anywhere else.

The staff was so helpful! I'm a first time dog owner and everyone here was so wonderful! They explained so much, walked me through everything, and answered all of my questions graciously! My little Buster needed so much done, but the cost was fair and less than I expected. I expect that all our future visits will be just as positive!
