It’s rare to find a group of people who truly care about your pets and your family. They even sent my sweet Bell a “Get well Card”. I know that may not sound like a big deal, but this office was so busy when I went the other day that it’s a wonder they know your name much less take time to write a card and call to check on your pets. I am so thankful to each and everyone of them and I think we all need to practice a little more kindness and patience when we see people who are working hard to help not only our pets but us as well. Thank you to the entire Bryan and Hight office!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Walker and his staff at Bryan-Hight! My dog had an emergency this week and the level of care both he and I received was exceptional. Although a previous client with… Dr.Bryan, I was not established with Dr. Walker never once did that matter. They treated Rascal like they had known him for years and he is now on the road to recovery.I originally left for a practice closer to my home, more convenient for me. Never again! I have been reminded of what an exceptional veterinary practice is supposed to be! I can not thank Dr. Walker and his staff enough

I have taken my pets to Bryan-Hight Veterinary Hospital for many years and have always been happy with the service, treatment of my pets, and veterinarians’ knowledge. From my yard dogs, to my pampered poodles, stray cats, turtles and a baby flying squirrel, all have been well treated.

My family has used this hospital since moving to Bainbridge in 1977. They have been with us through many good times and sad times. Our pets have received excellent care throughout the years. I wouldn’t have anyone but Dr. Bryan, Dr. Hight, and now Dr. Walker to care for our animals. No better hospital around!

From the very first phone call to the day of appointment, I couldn't have asked for any better service. Every member of the staff is so professional and so welcoming. I know I spent a good minute talking to the staff and dr. but not one time did I feel rushed or pushed away. But was more amazing than anything was the compassion they had for our dog and worried about making him comfortable with everyone around him before taking him back for his appointment. Honestly can't say enough great things about this place!

Wonderful office. My cat was sick over the weekend and my veterinarian was too busy to see my cat. I called Bryan-Hight who I use to bring my chihuahua to some time ago when I lived in Georgia. They told me to come in. I drove 43 miles and it was so worth it. Dr. Walker and staff made us feel so comfortable and my cat was given medication and he is doing great! Thanks again!!!

My experience was unspeakably awful: They're deserving of a negative-star review. Not only did my animal have to go through the discomfort of fasting, traveling to the vets and that stress for nothing, the doctor is completely incompetent and so my animal is still suffering and has not been treated.
Started with distance consultation: The doctor's assessment was so off I had to tell him to describe the dog he was inspecting, because it surely wasn't mine. He gave my dog a "looks fine" in spite of rot in the teeth, bleeding gums, swelling, and other VISIBLE problems.
