Alice has worked in the field of orthopedics and sports medicine for 29 years and specializes in helping patients recover faster than with average care. She feels blessed to be able to help people live healthier, more active and more productive lives. As a lifelong sports fan, and the daughter of a Buffalo sports broadcaster, she enjoys helping both athletes and non-athletes return to the activities they enjoy.

Nagging injuries often start with small repetitive movements that are performed every day. Sometimes a minor adjustment in a worksite setup or in body mechanics for work/ADLs (activities of daily living) can make all the difference. Pain/discomfort are key components to lost productivity, as pain draws your attention away your work and makes it difficult to concentrate.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing (shorts for back/lower extremity problems; tank top or sleeveless t-shirt for neck/upper extremity problems) and appropriate footwear. Bring any reports, diagnostic tests, and any other pertinent information (medication lists, surgical history, history of your current condition).
