Scarpelli very misleading after changing my mother's burial date due to no death certificate what state did Barry her they still have no death certificate I don't even know how my mother died and it's been over two weeks ago very disappointed, very dissatisfied They showed me burial erns to loose from they were about the size of a bread box, but what I got was the size of a small toaster, what a Rip-off

This place is owned by a terrible businessman. The business is completely unethical and is full of some of the most high-pressured salesmen I have ever encountered. They are masters of bait and switch techniques. Watch out for unnecessary add-on products. My advice is buy your casket online and have it shipped overnight to the funeral home. Legally, the funeral home has to use it and it will save you and your grieving family thousands of dollars.
