Stunning venue! We’ve hosted several events and everyone loves the space. From bridal showers to company trade shows, this space can accommodate everything.
The light is fantastic with the gorgeous windows that line the water. We appreciate the variety of the two rooms too which allows you to get creative and customize your event experience.

We booked arbor at the port for our September 2020 wedding. They were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. They then went above and beyond to help us postpone our larger reception to august 2021 due to Covid. We paid extra to have Erika as our day of coordinator and there aren’t enough words for how incredible she is at her job! She made the day completely stress-free, set up all of our decor beautifully and the day ran so smoothly. All of the staff was friendly and professional. I couldn’t recommend a better wedding venue!!!

They made our dream wedding come alive! Our love story is very much a hybrid of West Coast meets East Coast, and we were drawn to Arbor at the Port for the opportunity it gave us to meld both worlds. The interior is a grand neutral canvas to make your personal touch come to life, and the exterior is absolutely stunning with the beach and lake right there. Absolutely get married here! The port is not only such a beautiful, classic Rochester venue, but the people who work there are equally as wonderful. Erika was an absolute dream to work with, even when everything turned on its head and we had to reschedule due to COVID-19. Being a "Corona-Couple" is hard enough and Erika made sure everything was moving forward and on schedule. The venue itself is beyond gorgeous. Can't say enough great things!

My family and I booked Arbor at the Port for my father's memorial service. From our first communication, the staff was incredible. They were sympathetic of our loss and were more than accommodating to ensure the day went beautifully. Maddy helped us book the venue and answered all of our questions. Carly was our event coordinator and she was an absolute superstar. She quickly corrected any items that were out of place and when we forgot to bring a stand for our projector, she came through with another table for us. She also went above and beyond when my iPad wouldn't connect to the Bluetooth speakers

While having a wedding in 2020 may not have been ideal come April, Erika and the team at Arbor Venues made my transition from a 200 person November wedding to 20 people amazing. Erika, the coordinator at the… Port sent down from the heavens, not only listened to my COVID frustrations weekly, she supported every decision my husband and I made along the way. Erika and the Arbor Venue team were in such a touch position this year with strict guidelines, and never once did I sense panic or frustration from them. Update: at the time I wrote the original review over a month ago, we were still in discussion around moving the date. The owners response does not accurately reflect the timing of our conversations with them. We sensed some sketchiness around their approach to the pandemic and thank god we didn't have more on deposit with them. We've connected with some other couples whose entire budget is being held by Arbor, while Arbor changes the terms & prices in order to move dates. Be careful.

I had such an incredible time touring Arbor at The Port! The venue is absolutely stunning- I still can not get over all of the natural night 😍 My mom was in tears literally the minute we stepped foot inside! It has such a light, fun and intimate feel. Lainey and Erika are seriously AMAZING. We still can’t stop talking about them and how unforgettable they made our tour. They walked us through and painted a detailed picture of what our wedding day would look like at The Port. Recommending Arbor Venues is easy! Our wedding is scheduled for July 2020 and I am so excited to have our wedding at this venue! From the moment I walked through the doors I fell in love with the atmosphere, the setting, it was absolutely everything that I had dreamed my wedding venue would be but it doesn’t stop there my wonderful amazing… coordinator Erika is what sold it for me! Her personality and energy is unmatched made me feel so extremely comfortable and with everything going on with COVID-19 Erika has been nothing but amazing on keeping me calm and eyes set on our wedding

We attended a gala at Arbor at The Port last night. The event space is gorgeous and nicely laid out. Large windows on the side facing the water provide great views of the river and Yacht Club across the way. The two rooms are huge and easily accommodate hundreds of people. The bathrooms inside the event space were clean and unisex. Loved all the little details too, like the white curtains that could separate the spaces if needed. I hope to attend another event here in the summer!

Doing this review as a DJ. What a great venue with great staff. Very well ran and organized. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to host a wedding reception or party.
For DJ's, I strongly encourage a 3rd wireless speaker on the far side of the room so guests can hear announcements and introductions.

My daughter was married at the venue and everything was perfect! We decided to spend the extra money to have their event coordinator, Erika, help us out for the wedding day. She was fabulous and took charge of everything for us. Just asked her for so many last minute things and she took care of it all ... from wrangling the ring bearers to taking gum from the groom before he walked out to be married!

The venue was set up beautifully and looked perfect for the wedding and the reception. We took advantage of Bill Grays for a "fry bar" and Abbott's for a "frozen custard"

My daughter had the wedding she dreamed of last Saturday. Arbor loft and their staff ( especially our coordinator Lainey) did everything possible to make the wedding flawless. Many guests said it was the best wedding they’ve been to. From our initial meeting to the very end Lainey was a available and helpful. By the end of the night everything knew… who Lainey was. She made each one of us feel like our immediate need was most important. We loved the ambiance. With an industrial feel but still crazily romantic. We had our wedding here July 2019 and honestly couldn't have been happier. I don't even know where to begin with our review of the Arbor team! First off, the planning leading up to our day was so flawless, any question was never too stupid and they were always available to help with the details.

I wanted a DIY wedding and they were completely accommodating to that. They worked with all my vendors and were just very easy to communicate. On the day of they transformed their already beautiful space into our dream setup!! We had a big walk way and a huge space for the band. The acoustics

My fiancé and I flew in from Minnesota for some last minute venue shopping. We originally wanted to go somewhere that was a one stop shop and had catering and all that other jazz included, so hadn’t put too much thought into a venue like Arbor at the Port.

What a perfect place for a wedding! I love the huge windows with beautiful views of the water that let in tons of natural light. The staff was amazing and quickly flipped the ceremony space into the gorgeous reception setup. And the location by the lake is a photographer's dream!

My wife and I got married at the Arbor Loft in November. We looked at four different venues and immediately knew this was the one. We worked with Laura and she couldn’t have been any more amazing. Every and any question we had was answered within minutes throughout the year and a half we worked with her. She was kind, thoughtful, helpful,… accommodating, and was there for us every step of the way. It was an incredible experience working with her. The venue itself was perfect. We received so many compliments about it from our guests and vendors. Highly, highly recommended!

We had our wedding at the Arbor Loft in October and it was amazing. This venue is breathtaking. We worked with Laura for almost 2 years planning our special day. She was absolutely great. Every time we reached out to the team their reply was always quick. They thought of everything we wouldn’t have and helped put together all of our ideas. We will recommend them to friends over and over again.

We had our wedding at Arbor at the Port this past Saturday and wow this place is absolutely amazing. Our wedding was supposed to be at Shadow Lake but due to the fire we needed to change venues.
