03/23: One month after my one star review. It’s unfortunate you reply not after I left an one star review but after getting a notification from HUD. I did not harass anybody, I was told my application was going to be submitted in that moment, therefore I didn’t know that there was an application prior to mine; also the property was available on the market for a month after I applied for it. You didn’t remind me anything because you didn’t pick up my calls and my phone number was blocked! I told your staff I have an infant and zero help to move, so I needed to be updated on the process and

Scates Realty is literally the best management company anyone could ever ask for. We are going on our 3rd house managed by Scates and Claire is one of the best humans on this planet.
