We first met Emily with Rocker Realty a year ago when she showed us a house for rent. There were a few things in the house that we didn't like and Emily went out of her way to have those items updated/replaced, even though she didn't have to. She was always available if we had an issue and quick to respond. It's obvious she cares about and looks out for the best interest of both her tenants and property owners.
We've also had the pleasure of purchasing our first home with Emily. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and concerns and Emily was always quick to answer those questions

I’ve been renting my house from Emily at Rocker Realty for 7 months now. They’re by far the best property manager/landlord I’ve had in all of my adult life- and I’ve rented everything from apartments to houses. Emily is VERY responsive to my messages and when I’ve needed repairs or assistance, she’s always taken care of whatever isn’t my responsibility- and points me in the right direction, right down to the phone number of who to call if it is. My goal is to purchase my next home this year but if I have to rent again, I’ll be staying with Rocker Realty for my next rental too. There

I've rented 3 different times from Rocker over the past 10-15 years before buying my first home. I always received immediate attention to any issues: AC outages, garage door issues, carpenter ants from the tree out front, you name it they took care of it. Janet helped us buy our first home and we will be forever grateful. Fantastic company!

My family and I have been renting from Rocker Realty for almost 6 years. They make renting easy and hassle free for the tenants. We have rented a property from Rocker Realty for a little over two years, any property issues were handled in a super timely manner. Home is older, so things happen. Janet and Emily are always available when I call, I thank them for being so present and helpful during our stay there. Rent went up marginally each year, totally reasonable, well-kept place to live! Would definitely recommend them and their service.
