Due to the physical nature of pole & dance fitness, we strongly believe in the importance of warming-up. If you are late to class you will not be permitted after the first 5 minute grace period. This is a safety issue. We recommend that you arrive to class 10 minutes before the scheduled class time.

Absolutely awesome pole studio! I love that there is a little bit of every option as far as classes: beginners, choreography, twerk, trap, yoga, Lyra, pole cardio, tricks practice, etc. All the time teachers are awesome and the energy in here is through the roof. Definitely my new pole home for the foreseeable future!

Been attending regularly for almost 8 months now, and I am addicted. Taking the classes during the week and joining levels. They break down choreography in easy to understand ways, and there is NO judgement. You learn the fundamentals of pole dance and get an amazing work out. Beyond the benefits for your body, the impact it has on your MIND and self image is amazing! A great group of body positive, supportive ladies. So glad I found a pole home!
