Our HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts are functional, varied and challenging. HIIT workouts are designed to keep you burning calories long after you leave the gym. Services
If you prefer one on one training or your need that extra push to stay motivated, then personal training is the right choice. We put personal back in personal training by taking a holistic approach to helping you reach your goals. Class times run from 30 minutes to an hour with a focus on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Bfit Athletic club is more than just a gym. Led by the amazing trainer Nancy Smith, Bfit is a team of committed individuals that support each other while achieving their exercise and health goals. The workouts are vigorous with modifications for those like myself with injuries. But we don't just workout, we play together running races, hiking, whitewater rapids, etc.

BFit is the perfect place to reach your fitness goals. The owner, Nancy, is personable, very knowledgeable, and the classes are fun. She also advises on how to eat healthy and sends mini videos for daily exercises between classes. No matter what your fitness level, you will see positive results at BFit.
