More often than not, when people think of chiropractic, they immediately associate our profession with neck and/or back pain. What many do not realize, however, is that chiropractic is a health care profession that provides significantly more than just a solution for pain. Chiropractic is a lifestyle that involves all aspects of wellness, including exercise, nutrition, personal development, and stress relief.
Thompson Technique is a chiropractic technique that uses a special table with several segments called drop pieces. The object of the drop is to distract/open up the joint during the adjustment. The drop pieces assists the thrust by moving with the adjustment. This minimizes the force required for the adjustment.
Going to the Chiropractor is a new experience for many people. Maybe you've heard through a friend or have done some research online. It's possible that you are just fed up with living in pain and it's time to do something about it. Either way, your first visit will consist of getting to know the chiropractor and discussing your history, current condition and goals.
Due to the nature of insurance coverage today, with high deductibles/co-pays and limited coverage for chiropractic services, we have chosen to offer services as a cash practice. Optimal Vitality Chiropractic is not in network with any health insurance companies, or medicare. By doing so, we are able to offer great care at an affordable and fair fee.

I am sooo grateful to have Dr. Amanda as my chiropractor. KST is the only style of chiropractic care I really find that works fully for me, and she practices it! Prices are fair, the location is sweet, and everyone is friendly. My back went out over the summer and Dr. Amanda worked with me to get back together. I truly appreciate having a wonderful chiropractor.

Dr. Amanda is amazing. She is totally knowledgeable- I've had shoulder and elbow issues, besides my back issues. She has used totally different techniques than any other chiropractor I've been to (and I've been to a few) that have been extremely helpful! She's also very reasonable. I enjoy going into the office, Dr. Amanda and Teresa are great ladies and I usually end up spending time just talking to them after my visit. I couldn't recommend Optima Vitality more! And I can imagine going anywhere else! Please try them out!

Dr. Amanda is fantastic. The Koren Specific Technique is so gentle. My symptoms have improved even in a few short months. She started with a treatment plan designed to get me to a healthy point, and assured me there were options all along the way to help me manage my stress levels. I got to hear "I believe we can help you" which were words I needed to hear. I truly appreciate all the help she has given me and will recommend this practice to everyone.

Dr. Amanda Meyers not only has excellent client care and concern, but her expertise with regards to holistic pain management is superior. I have been a patient of hers for several years, seeing her for long-term misalignment and pain issues. Her care has relieved symptoms and corrected many issues.
