Services
Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Billingsley Chiropractic Center emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if possible. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.
Thank You for considering us as your Chiropractic Team! Our goal is to make your transition to a patient as easy as possible. We invite you to explore this section of our website. In doing this, you will find new patient forms that may be printed and filled out prior to your first appointment. This will reduce the amount of time spent in the office filling out paperwork.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.
Most chiropractors regard the elimination of symptoms as the easiest part of a persons care. If all that the chiropractor does is to reduce the pain and stop there, the chances of the condition recurring are much greater. In order to prevent a rapid recurrence of symptoms, it is necessary to continue receiving care even though your symptoms are gone.

Worst chiropractor I've ever been to. I don't think he popped me once. He just tapped my heels together and pushed me on the table and the table would just fall through and it didn't make any sense. Then I stood on a vibrating pad and then had to lay on my back and move my head back and forth with vibrating pads on my shoulders. Everytime you go in you have to fill out a form about your pain or discomfort but they obviously never even look at it because my pain got worse. They also took an x-ray and freaked me out by telling me it looked like an "artifact" in my shoulder. I went to an orthopedic

I was in pain for about 2 weeks when I decided to go see a chiropractor. Dr. Billingsley was close to my home and I liked how long he had been in business. Spinal care is something I put off. I stopped seeing a chiropractor after I stopped feeling pain from an auto accident years ago. I didn't realize how much of a difference routine maintenance would make on my back. After an Xray and my 1st session with the doc, the Charley horse in my shoulder went away. I will definitely continue to care for my body by seeing Dr. Billingsley. I feel so much better!!!!

I was having terrible back pain in my top left shoulder blade for weeks. Dr. Billingsley took an Xray and was thorough in finding a few pinched nerves and a reverse curve of my neck. By the second visit, my sharp pain was gone. He showed me exercises & therapy I can do to help me from home too. I can't wait for my 3rd visit today. Very Thankful to have met a doctor with as much experience as Dr. B.
