Services
Bob and Heidi Phillips, owners of Day & Knight Fitness, were born and raised in Rensselaer, Indiana. After raising their daughters in South Carolina and retiring from the U.S. Navy, they returned to their home state to begin a new chapter in their lives. The 24/7 fitness center is named for Bob's late father, Knight Phillips, and is the second center that they have opened.
