As an immigrant I understand much better than my American-born colleagues how important is for foreign nationals to obtain lawful immigration status in the United States. For that reason I strongly advocate my clients'cases because I have been in their shoes while many others attorneys have not. There must be very dislikable to face the possibility to go to jail and furthermore to be already in jail! That is why I take very serious when I am retained to represent a client facing a criminal charge. I believe that no criminal charge is a minor charge. There are just criminal charges more serious than others.
Being charged with either a DUI or a DWI (DUI/DWI) may cause you being imprisoned, being placed on probation, loosing you job, preventing you from getting a job, pay enormous fines, etc. In cases of foreign nationals it way also result in deportation or preventing from becoming a U.S. Citizen. A common mistake people make is to plea guilty to a DUI/DWI charge because they think there is no other option.

Mr Hugo Castro was God sent for us. I went to a Law firm in Baltimore and they really complicated my case, told me i needed co sponsors when i didn't so i went for a second opinion from Mr. Castro and the rest was history. Even when i asked him to come to our interview he declined because he was confident we didnt need him and it would be a waste of our money. Went for our interview and had our Green Card in a week!! I would like to first of all recommend Hugo Castro as a very reasonable and knowledgeable lawyer. We visited him due to an issue with my son's green card, he was extremely professional and was able to make us more at ease that things would be OK. He had me complete different paperwork than the other lawyer hired by my wife's ex husband had suggested. Sure enough, Hugo was correct and we got the son's green card in the mail a bit while ago. I would highly recommend using him in the capacity of being a lawyer.
