We are not a gym. We are not a get-lost-in-the-crowd, large group class. We are not Crossfit. We are not the norm! At 8 ONE 8 we provide personal training that is just that - personal. No two people are exactly the same and therefore, you should not be trained the same. We do not offer a "one size fits all" approach. We take the time to get to know you and create an experience that is as unique as you are. When you become a member, you have a choice to train in the privacy of your own home or in our private studio.

Our Certified Nutrition Consultant will help you develop a nutrition plan that is realistic and attainable, and catered specifically to your goals and needs. I’ve been working with Jon through 8 one 8s online program for 4 months now. What I was doing on my own just wasn’t working anymore - I needed guidance on my nutrition and more focused workouts, to get back to my pre baby #2 weight. Jon got me back there, and then some, in 60 days. The workout program he set up is completely tailored to me, my goals, and what I have access to at home. The nutrition plan is easily sustainable, and I’ve never gone hungry.
I like that we talk about how I feel like things are going, and he adjusts the plan as needed as I’ve progressed, it’s not a one size

Best investment i've ever made for myself. I decided to join 8one8 because I had gained a bit of weight and was sick of yoyo dieting and needed to make a serious change before my upcoming wedding. In just 6 months I have lost 40lbs and developed a love for exercise that I never had before. If you're shy like me or are intimidated by big gyms and don't know where to start I highly recommend 8one8 to help build healthy habits that will last a life time.

I never thought I would be where I'm at mentally and physically, but after completing 12 weeks with Jon at 8 one 8, my whole mindset has changed.
Before 8one8, I was a motivated, driven regular gym goer. I would work out on my own about 5 times a week and try to eat healthy. I felt good, healthy, but I wasn't seeing much change in my body. After feeling frustrated, I decided I wanted to try something different, and that's when I went to meet Jon at 8one8.
I was a skeptic. I've had other trainers, I've youtubed work outs, followed people on instagram who say if you follow this, you will get results
