We had some minor roof damage due to a fire and also needed some tile and flashing repair done on our 20 year old concrete tile roof. We obtained multiple bids from highly rated contractors listed on Yelp including a bid done by Jason, who is the owner of Armour Roofing. We had a great experience from the time of booking our estimate all the way through the final inspection which was done by Jason. The bid offered by Jason was 25% less than the competition and his team showed up on time, finished on time and got it done right the first time. This team was friendly and efficient. To be honest, I can't verify the quality of work because I can't see the roof. But what I can say is that the entire team were nice people. They felt like honest folk. You can't say that about too many businesses these days. I had my estimate on a Wednesday and the following week they got it done. I needed several tiles replaced and needed some underlayment replaced. They were in and out in a couple hours. Since we live on a golf course, I definitely will have them check my roof every couple of years and do any needed repairs. Thanks Jason and

The Armour Roofing team was always quick to respond to my emails. Jason came out to do an estimate for a few cracked tiles and areas that needed to be resealed. I received an estimate very quickly and once I was ready to go through with the job, I received a call from the office and was able to get the repairs done sooner than I thought. I don't know their names, but 2 men came to do the repairs. They were quick and professional. I was able to pay by calling the office. I will use them again in the future and recommend the business.

I called Armour Roofing to repair a leak in my garage and the owner of the business came out to give me an estimate. He was very friendly and gave me a fair price. When it came time to do the repair, another gentlemen showed up to do the work. He also was very friendly, on time, and did a great job on the leak. A week after the repair was done, a heavy storm hit the house and there was not a drop of water coming through. I would definitely recommend these guys and would call on them again.

We had a unique installation of a whole house fan on a flat roof and Armour was the only one willing to take on the job. They were flexible in working with us to modify the design despite finding some unforseen conditions during demolition. They communicated their status throughout the project and honored their original quote.

My daughter had a bad water leak at her house. I called Armour Roofing and was lucky because they were in the area and came out within an hour. They identified the problem in a matter of moments and provided a very reasonable price. I asked when they could do the repairs and they said well we are here how about right now. It took them about three hours and they really pulled a large area of tiles out so that they were sure they had the whole problem fixed. Really a good job.

This is as honest, pleasant, efficient and fair operation as you could ever help to deal with. It doesn't matter whether you're dealing with owner, management office, on site guys - a truly pleasant and first class operation. The end result was beautiful. Just how good do you have to be to have people singing the praises of their roofer?! These guys are the best.

Called to get some work done on my roof that the painters found when I repainted the house. Jason came out looked around, gave me a VERY reasonable quote, I agreed and the work started after the schedule was worked out.
I came home from work and the roof repair was underway, I had some wood that needed replacing, so I went to look at the repairs that were underway, I was surprised to see that they were repainting the replaced wood!
While they were fixing the roof they found more damage, Jason was upfront about the repairs and offered to do the additional work for the cost of the material...

I had Armour Roofing install four Solatube solar lights (skylights) in my home. Beginning to end I was happy with the process. Jason is friendly, helpful and straightforward, and Jodi in the office was responsive and efficent at answering questions and setting up installation. They came on time and worked all day to get them done in a short time. Armando did a great job installing the solatubes, working around oddly placed beams and ducts.
