We hired The Roof Masters to replace our roof as a referral from Pemberley Realty. Not the lowest bid but they definitely wanted to earn our business. Rigo (project manager) and Pedro (foreman) were extremely responsive and communicative. The job started on time and finished within expectation. We had one major change order but at no fault to the team. Everything went smoothly and very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend The Roof Masters.

I can't say enough great things about The Roof Masters! We went overboard and interviewed 11 roofers! It came down to 3 finalists and in the end it was an easy decision to choose them. Price was important, but reputation was the biggest factor, and trust with our contact Carlos (excellent communication skills and perfect response time) and the foreman Pedro. They don't up-sell, best prices in town, and they are so careful with everything. I could go on forever how many specific things they did to make this an amazing experience. My wife and I recently purchased a home built in 1990 with a concrete tile roof that had never been updated, which meant that it was at / past its end-of-life. We reached out to few roofing companies for estimates and ultimately went with on the Roof Masters for a few reasons:

Outstanding professionals, excellent job, fair price. Including rip out they replaced my whole roof in two days. Before they departed they did did an excellent cleanup, I could not tell that they had ever been there. I highly commend and recommend this company. I was also impressed by their 50 year warranty on materials and 20 year warranty on labor. This is the company you should go with!

I picked The Roof Masters out of 3 other companies to do my roof (Lift and re-lay of tiles). They have the the best price and warranty. The job was done and I was not disappointed. I can’t say enough good things about this company! Douglas my project manager was great. He was quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had. Pedro was the foreman on site for our reroofing project. He did such a great job with keeping me informed as the project was going. All of the crew members were courteous and they all paid attention to the smallest details. Job was done quickly and efficiently. Would give them 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with this company from start to finish. Their office answers the calls and schedules the appointment on the first call. Many others take info and then you wait for a call back. They send a project manager to assess the problem and compose the quote. Mine was Jhonny. He was on time, polite, and very professional. The quote was not my lowest, but I went with my gut feeling that these guys knew their stuff. I was scheduled for a repair just a few days out. They also use a drone for nice close up photos to share so you can see what's happening, which was very cool. Mid job

Needed cracked tiles on our house fixed and Roof Masters took care of it ASAP. The work was done 1 year ago and we have had absolutely no problems with it. The quality of work was excellent and the pricing was extremely fair. I came back to find them on Yelp because I have another house that had previous roof work done (NOT by Roof Masters), and I definitely see the difference in the quality. Long story short, I am contacting Roof Masters to fix that roof too.

The Roof Masters is a company I highly recommend. Their entire staff is excellent...from the moment you call to make an appointment, they'll book you quickly, always on time, and professional. They are knowledgable, provide excellent reports w/pictures and detailed explanations.

Alberto, Beto, & their team did a fantastic job with our re-roof. They completed the project ahead of schedule and the quality of the roof exceeded our expectations. We were particularly happy that the team thoroughly cleaned up our entire property front & back after the project. Alberto even came back a few days later to answer some of our follow-up questions. Doug is very friendly and willing to spend time checking everything making sure we are taken good care of. He also provided good info for the roof maintaining. Their project minimum is $895. Although we didn't go with them because of the small repair we need is below their minimum, we are impressed by their honesty and warmth. I strongly recommend them if a complete roof job is needed.

I selected this business before some of these lower reviews were written. To be honest, their current rating probably would have driven me away. However, I had a very good experience with my roofing project. I had a leak fixed, new vents installed, and old vents re-sealed. The inspection and recommendation were free. The project manager was very transparent with me and let me know what was need-to-have vs. nice-to-have. My quote was fully itemized so I could understand the full spectrum of cost between necessary and optional repairs, and my project manager explained the benefit of all options.
