Jeff has over 30 years of extensive business experience in sales, telesales, venture capital, business development, and software/information technology.
VinoPRO is a premium business process outsource (BPO) service provider that has created a world-class platform and company to sell, enable and understand Direct to Consumer wine sales and we strive to be the most professional and successful wine sales & services organization in the Direct to Consumer wine segment.
Our software platform is built on a rock-solid foundation, starting with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV and CRM) and Microsoft SQL server, in addition to custom applications that together create the most fully loaded, efficient and compliant platform that exists today. This has literally transformed the way people buy wine.
We love to sell wine! The majority of our calls are outbound, using lists provided by our winery partners who gather that data from tasting room information cards, online orders and current and former wine club members. Our objective is to sell wine on each call we make and we call customers as an extension of the actual winery itself.
We recognize that wine club memberships are a Key Performance Indicator for most of the wineries we work with. Because of this, only our most senior sales representatives are in contact with your wine club members. We have become so proficient in working with club members that we launched the Wine Club Retention Program, which is a focused effort to lower attrition and build loyal members for life.

Vino Pro neglected to put that they are not hiring in my current state of Ohio. And their commission structure is ridiculous.
