Had another project to do, so I called my go-to plumber Vlad. Vlad said it would take the whole day to do the project, and said what his rate is for the whole day. I said great. But they were busy and he would not be available for 2 months. I said okay I'll wait. So I waited the 2 months. Right before the appointment date, Vlad calls and the price is doubled. I asked how is that possible? I have been working with Vlad for a while, so he knew exactly how my house is and what the issues were. He said he needs another person to help lift the heavy tank. We happened to discover a small leak on our water main pipe and called Vlad out. He came out the next day and gave us a quote and didn't happen to have the parts on hand (we have an OLD house), but said he'd get back to us as soon as he could, even though he was fully booked for the week. He came back the next day and worked through lunch (thank you Vlad!) to get it done. And thank goodness -- the pipe actually split apart in his hands. If we'd left it much longer it might have blown and flooded our basement!!!

We were so impressed with Vlad and Julie. They are great at communicating and gave honest updates and reviews of the work on our house. Vlad had to come back several times, because our house is a mismatch of previous terrible plumbing jobs. I am sure it was very frustrating for him, but he was very patient and cheerful each time he came. We really love this company and would recommend every time!

I don't usually do a Yelp review but in the case of AWP, I feel like I'm compelled to. I needed a 50 gallon water heater. Now, my son installed a 50 gallon tank last year for $1500 (+ tax), so I knew what a reasonable price would be. Furthermore, my research indicated that prices in my area would range from $1300 - $2000 with the average being $1500.

Life saver. Leak coming from our hot water heater called AWP at 7:15p.m. At first they wouldn't be able to come until the next day, however after FaceTiming with my husband, to check out the situation Vlad made the decision to come over in 45minutes to fix our leaky problem.

With all the rain the last few weeks, the crawl space in our house had water in it. After a week of getting jacked around by another plumbing company I called All Water Plumbing. They immediately got me scheduled to have someone come take a look at our sump pump which was obviously not working as designed. Vlad showed up and inspected the pump, made sure it had power and initially determined the pump needed to be replaced. The cost quoted was reasonable and he was prepared to replace the pump that day. I contacted All Water Plumbing for a gas water heater replacement. Julie was very responsive and helpful. Julie and Vlad worked with me to get the measurements of the old unit and the space as it was in a very tight location. Vlad showed up on time on the day scheduled and did an excellent job of replacing the unit. He was very efficient and went the extra mile to replace the old overflow pipe from the unit. This was a challenging install due to the space limitations, but Vlad did an excellent job. The estimate was reasonable and was not exceeded. The work was very professional, a much cleaner

Needed a new sink installed and garbage disposal. I had replaced disposals before, but never a sink and especially now that we were going from a double basin to a one basin sink I didn’t want to risk dealing with the piping and plumbing changes. The office took my call and information and Vlad called me within a couple of hours. He took the time in the phone with me to explain the job. Don't waste your time looking for a plumber. Just call All Water Plumbing. Julie scheduled us at our convenience for service and an accurate estimate for the service we needed. Vlad explained every detail and was meticulous in keeping our home neat and clean while he finished the work. The work done and the price was excellent. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vlad and Julie and will definitely call them if we need a plumber again.

I had a great experience with AWP. They were very professional.
They were able to come quickly and in time. I had a clogged toilet. He took care of the problem, and spent extra time polishing the toilet. (The plumber's snake left some black marks. This is typical.) The toilet operated correctly and looked great.
I engaged Vlad in conversation and quickly discovered he is a family man with high moral character. I felt very comfortable with him in my home.
AWP will be my first call next time I need a plumber.
