Laurie Mulka, D.D.S. offers a full array of cosmetic dentistry services to help you create a satisfying smile. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.Our state-of-the-art, in-office Power Bleaching system will make your teeth whiter in less than 1.5 hours.

Dr. Laurie Mulka is a 1993 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). After graduating from UDM she continued her education in an Advanced Dental Residency Program at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont. She continues to take classes in the dental field to stay on the leading edge of all the advances in Dentistry that she can offer her patients.
Heather is our full time hygienist at Mulka Dental. Heather attended U of M for her prerequisite courses and then graduated from WCCCD in 2009 with a degree in dental hygiene. In 2010 Heather graduated from Siena Heights University with a bachelors degree in dental hygiene. She specializes in making patients feel comfortable.

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.

The office was very friendly! I was just surprised when I was trying to find a new dentist that I got hit with such a high bill. They took my insurance info and said yes they accept it. I was surprised to get hit with a really big bill. Apparently, I was told, that I need to be the one to check. ??I never knew that prior to my appt. or I wouldn't have gone. Normally, my cleanings are covered.

Very professional staff. Everyone is so friendly. I've had a fear of the dentist chair since I was a little girl. Dr. Mulka and her staff make you feel so comfortable, you're laughing while they're working....I love it. The office is extremely clean and equipped with all the latest technology.... .I'm so glad I found her over 10 years ago! You won't regret visiting them!! Oh and they get you in, out, and on with your life. With a beautiful smile.

I love the new location, it's much larger and very nicely decorated! Very warm and welcoming feeling. Athough the hygienist I've seen for years is no longer there, Heather is great, and I really like her! I've seen her twice already since being at the new location.
She answers all questions very thoroughly, and was willing to take the extra time to make certain I understood everything before I left.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Mulka for 20 years. My company offers other, much cheaper, dental insurance plans but we reject them due to the great care provided at Mulka Dental. Dr. Mulka invests in the latest technology and she and her friendly staff know how to use the equipment. Further, this as close as painless dentistry as humanly possible. As I periodically require expensive crown replacements, Dr. Mulka's office staff has assisted me to minimize my co-pays.
