Lorena did my dip in pink! Absolutely Loved the look put the solid pink dip cracked twice & I came in for repair. Lorena however is very professional & she make your nails look so pretty.
Ms. Kim talked me into a acrylic and gel polish since Lorena was on vacation. I like not worrying about nail cracking...but it's not as pretty & natural as Lorena. However ms. Kim is a great tech. Everyone is nice! I was visiting fam so they would be my go to when in J-city! Just me❣

They do have good nail techs for acrylic nails and acrylic nail design. No one is able to tell you they DONT really offer dip nails, most nail techs don’t know how to do it, and the owner doesn’t have the full system/ proper products for the nail techs to be able to do it. I was in the salon for 4 hours and I left with no nails- that’s how bad they looked from repeated dip nail failed attempts. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

I find that my experience coming here (it's close, so I always choose it for convenience) can be underwhelming. Never been dazzled. Last time I got a pedicure the water was hardly lukewarm so I informed my tech and she told me there was nothing she could do about it so I was kind of freezing the entire time. Not exactly the relaxing experience one hopes for. Overall, the staff is friendly enough but I am at most content after leaving here.

Whatever acrylic they use is terrible ! I've had to go in for a nail fix 3 times in the last week. The first time I got them done they were so thin they broke so easily I had to go back 2 days later. I got another layer and a 1 nail fix. No charge. 2nd time. 3 nails were broken and they charged me $10 because it was more than 3 days. Cool. Now 2 days later I Had to come back AGAIN to fix the SAME 2 nails someone had just fixed 2 days ago. Mind you when I called, the receptionist Recommended the other cuticles. So I called them like save me because idk what the other location is using I never

Horrible! The worker that attended me has no experience. I have to redo my gel toes! I didn’t even finish my manicure because she didn’t clean my nails. I had her put a clear coat and left. She was nervous the whole time to the point the water hose for the pedi went on and she sprayed water all over my sneakers and socks. I was nice enough to give her $5 tip. It was a nightmare!

I'm very very picky with my mani and pedi and I have to tell you how happy I am that Melissa now does acrylics !!! I do not have tips , I just do acrylic over my natural nails so they don't break .. I dont like gel cause the process burns me to much .Well I have to say Melissa did an amazing job my nails look exactly how I love them !! They look like my natural nail not thick or fake looking very clean very neat shaping is on point ! Can't wait to see her develop more and more with designs to top it off shes the sweetest!!

I have very specific about my acrylic nails and since moving here I have been searching for a good salon, I will not go anywhere else! I have gotten my nails done by multiple artist here and they are all fantastic. It's easy to make an appointment and my nails come out great every time. I recommend anyone who is picky about their nails to come here!!

Never usually get my nails done, but love coming here when it's time to go on vacation! It's so accessible in Jersey City and close to a lot of food spots if you get hungry before/afterwards 😋 the service is quick and efficient and everyone is so nice and cleanly! Just got simple white gel nails but couldn't ask for better service! I had Dulce ❤

The woman who did my nails today was sweet but her skills and listening was off. My nails are uneven, all different lengths and shapes and they look awful. I kept telling her which nail to reference for all of them and she kept saying yes but she wouldn't do it. Kept correcting her mistakes by putting more gel tip on top of the messed up shape. Not worth the money. I feel bad putting her name so I won't but the experience today was atrocious. Had a panic attack because she was not listening. Not clean in there and it's just messy. Will not be back. It's a shame too because I

Moved to JC recently and have been looking for a new nail salon. I think I found the one!! Love the vibes there and the place is so cute. I got my nails done from Fanny who was friendly, kind and professional. Not to mention, she puts her back into those foot rubs 👏🏽 The place was clean and they properly disinfect their metal tools with barbicide or use brand new ones if its foam. I got Gel Dip Powder w/ design and a regular pedicure for $93. Parking is easy to find on the street which is 2 hour metered. Realized after I left the salon that they had rear parking. Loved how my nails turned

I am usually very picky with nails but Lee did a GREAT job. I hate when nails are thick but this was perfect and makes my nails look natural. In the past, I went to a different nail salon to do uv gel and it looked horrible. So before I came here, I was already determined to get acrylic . But Lee told me to give it a try because it lasts longer and so I did . She warned me when it would be too hot and went through two rounds of cutting since I wanted shorter coffin nails. She definitely nailed it and would go back to her in the future !! Gotta say, she’s a pro

I've had very mixed experiences here depending on the technician. Like some other reviewers, I have strong reservations (and suspicions) about the electric buffer used on natural nails. Sometimes it's been fine, other times I can feel the ridge.
What's compelled me to write a review for the first time in a year is the fact a noticeable chunk of my finger was chipped off while the technician was cutting my cuticles. She first blamed me for moving (I was not?) and then apologized profusely and insisted that I didn't pay for my manicure.

I’ve been coming to cuteticles ever since I started getting my nails done. The people are so polite and welcoming. Even before covid restrictions this place was clean and right now they make sure your visit is just as smooth. Will recommend it to everyone to not only get their nails here, but also for the relaxing massages.

It was the first nail shop I found when I moved to Jersey a year ago. I live 5min away from both locations located on Central Ave. and I frequent both.
I've gotten my nails done from Douglas, Ana and Angie. Amazing work and very clean which matters to me most! Anything you want they can do, I suggest making an appt instead of just walking in as they are always busy.

I went for the first time today, because they have great reviews for the most part. A friend even recommended me to go here. Everyone was extremely kind, I couldn't complain about that. But honestly for me to pay $55 for my nails, I would expect them not to look like a 5 year older did them. The color is not even, the ombré is beyond sloppy, it looks like it's been over a week of growth on my nails already.... and the top coat is not smooth... I could cry how dissatisfied I am with my nails. I'm sorry but I would stay clear.

Absolutely love this place so much I ditched my old nail place for this one ... the nail tech, Kimberly did an absolutely great job for my gel manicure and regular pedi. She’s the best! She was attentive and gentle - which is exactly what I wanted. I mean .. why go to a nail salon if u need to redo or can do a better job yourself, right? So yes! Going back to this place !!! :) and I’m referring all my friends.

The salon looked clean and there was a woman cleaning the high touch areas which was nice. They do not enforce mask wearing as a customer was eating breakfast while other customer were around.

Do not be fooled by these 4/5 star reviews !!! It's only bc of a promotion for a free face mask.....
I booked an appt online for 11:30 but got a text that said the specialist was waiting for me, so I rushed to get there early. Showed up at 11:15 and he seemed visibly frustrated that he was waiting for me. He asked me what color I wanted, to which I was expecting to be shown where they are to make my selection. I said red and I'm literally typing this as I'm sitting here and I still don't know what shade of red I'm supposedly getting. "Just ask?" you might say

Unfortunately after being a returning customer for 2-3 years, I have to drop my review from 5 stars to 1 for a few reasons, for the unprofessional attitude, overcharge, and injury!
Just a tip- pay when you get there, before nails are done, because whatever price you are told ahead of time won't be the same afterward.
They added an extra $5 for a "callus treatment" that I didn't even know I had apparently. It was a quick buff on my feet like any normal pedicure, except they charge an extra $5 without saying so. Tacky! Amy did my pedicure and she was rough with it and

Gotten acrylic nails done twice here so far. Once with Erick & once with Mary (I believe). Erick did a REMARKABLE job & it blew me away. The pink nails faded and got dull after 2 weeks and the edges got rough (which didn't happen with the blue set of nails). Granted I know they're a plain set, but still.
Honestly, still love this place and happy they've got a rewards system. Would come back for acrylics again & to try a pedicure!
