Ashley is Amazing! I've been going to her for several years & I'm so grateful that I found her. Ashley is - in one word - amazing. She is an incredible massage therapist who cares deeply about her work and her clients. I have been working with her exclusively for over 5 years - through 2 pregnancies and postnatal recovery as well as ongoing maintenance massage therapy. Ashley is very talented - she finds knots that I didn't even know I had! She's very patient and tenacious in working them out by coming at them using various approaches. I come in from NYC - it's worth the (quick and easy) trip to Hoboken. For those that leave nearby - you're lucky! Make an appointment and get well!

My massage therapy session with Ashley was healing, relaxing and releasing - both emotionally and physically. I hadn’t realized how very tense I was until Ashley started. She intuitively knew what to work on so that I could walk away feeling better after just one hour. Since seeing Ashley I’m walking taller and breathing deeper. I highly recommend Ashley for massage. I’ll be going back more regularly as I see how deeply beneficial it was for me.

Ashley is AMAZINGLY GIFTED!!! She is the only person I've ever been to who is able to get rid of all of my knots & aches & pains. I wish I had found her when I was still pregnant. I recently had a reiki & massage session with Ashley and it was seriously another level. There's no way to really describe the feeling of when you literally feel your blocked energy suddenly be released but the feeling is AMAZING. Like I said Ashley is truly gifted. I went to Ashley with an extremely sore neck and shoulder from chronic pain & pulling in my rotator cuff. I work out pretty regularly and I had somehow pulled something! It was getting progressively worse, so it was time to do something about it. Ashley is so knowledgeable and even just after the first 1 hour session I felt major relief. I’ve needed therapeutic and restorative massage for years (many techniques in many countries - sports injuries, sciatica and relaxation). I know that therapists like Ashley are a very rare find. She scans me in every session and I don’t need to ask her for specifics - she finds and fixes every time. I highly recommend Ashley as someone you can trust to have your needs at the center of her work, and to bring results.
