Denise has been working in the dental field for more than 25 years, and she's been a superb part of our team for 23 of them! Her favorite part of the job is interacting with our patients, both new and old! She grew up in Lehigh Valley and received her education from Northampton Community College. Denise has three beautiful daughters and enjoys biking, traveling to Miami, and spending time with her girls whenever she can.

I was told by Pam in billing that my Federal Blue Cross and Blue Shield did not cover crowns. That is not correct. When I called back in a conference call with my insurance company, there was no one available to handle the call. The manager was not available either. Later I called the Manager, who said her name was Ashley. She gave a lot of excuses for the error, but no apologies. When I asked for one, she said they did not need to give one. Very poor customer service on the part of billing and management, which is a discredit to the great professional services they provide. I cancelled my appointments

First time at this dentist. Everyone was so nice and friendly! I found this dentist office just by passing it everyday on my way to work. When the dentist came in after my teeth were cleaned by a great hygienist, she looked at my X-rays very carefully that no other dentists seen before or that were willing to tell! The office atmosphere was also very clean and welcoming!

I don't think that anyone actually "enjoys" their time at the dentist, but this place has GOT to be the closest it could possibly come. The staff was extremely friendly and personable, explained everything in a very understandable way and made sure my comfort came first. I never actually thought I would say the following sentence, but here it is: I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist for my next appointment. P.S. Julie rocks, and they all have really cute puppies.
