We needed to replace our over 25+ year old air conditioner after it died during a heat wave. Elite Air was recommended by friends, and Miles came out to take a look at the unit to see if it could be fixed. He advised that the compressor had burned out and the age of the unit really needed us to consider a replacement. I was suffering. It was 98 degrees in my house. My pets were starting to look like stuffed animals. I called Elite. This was Friday the beginning of Labor Day weekend. I thought it was just the thermostat. It was alot more. Mr. Obeid worked so hard in 112 degree heat to fix it all before nightfall and more heat and surrounding fires. This company was amazing. Miles and Elite Air was recommended by a friend when we decided to install a condenser to finally have air conditioning to our house in Torrance. Miles, one of the owners came to our house to talk to me and was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and provided a fair quote so we went with him. His guys were also friendly and professional and did great work. Their work was very clean. I am very particular and was very satisfied with everything they did. Called these guys to fix a damaged A/C unit for one of my tenants. Took a while to get a hold of them and get them to the property. The A/C had gotten damaged during landscaping and their initial estimate to fix it was pretty outrageous. After assessing the problem it turned out it was just the copper pipe for the gas line that had gotten bent, but it still cost $500 to fix, which my handyman said was a ripoff. Then they said they'd send me an invoice, and they did, but they took 4 weeks to create it and then a week to put it in the mail, based on the postage stamp, so I didn't receive

Had a good first experience with Elite Air conditioning and heating - HVAC Contractor, Heatin. They worked with the manufacturer to diagnose a tricky issue with my heat pump and determined the replacement part was still covered under warranty which saved me a lot of money. I don't know about their air systems, they might be good. But their workers are awful, or at least the one I encountered on the road today. This man was driving so erratically I was surprised he was even hired by a place that requires you to be a considerate driver.

Miles from Elite Air came out to give us an estimate on air conditioning for our home. Our house is 2-stories so we needed a unit for upstairs and one for downstairs. Miles recommended two 4-ton units. We also needed to replace the existing furnaces and ducts in the attic and below the house. Miles recommended that we place the units on the side of the house, stack them and use the slim line model to maintain the 5' minimum distance between property lines. Just had my upstairs living room installed with a Mitsubishi floor console system. Excellent work by Alex once again! He found a creative way to get us AC upstairs when there weren't many options! Nice and cool! We also had our 3 bedrooms installed with the split systems back in 2016 and have had zero issues. Can't say enough about Miles( owner) and of course Alex( he did our install). Miles and Greg, the owners are excellent at their jobs - Miles runs the installations and Greg runs the service department. I've met many heating and air conditioning service companies since I'm in the property management business. Miles is the BEST in installation of air conditioning and heating. He even makes a instruction book to make sure that all the manuals are in one safe place so that you can refer to it. Of course, always register your heating and air conditioning units online. My heating furnace was recalled and I never got an notice because the other installer never told
